Age Limit?

Well we(wolf) just installed exstro or w/e on the gmod server and it looks nice,after wolf left flvr told me there is now going to be an age limit on adminship.

I know flvr knows im only thirteen and all but if you guys pick it for higher i wont complain,i mean i dont want you guys to go all homo and shit on me and adjust the ages.

Because as some of us know even though i may be the awesomest (And Sexiest) 13 year old ever,some are immature douche bags.

so just pick something reasonable.

Lolz. You two are so funneh. Anyway, I think this could be somewhat reliable. But, age isn't really a thing to look at. Maturity is. There are thousands of immature kids, teens, and adults in the gaming world. As well as plenty of responsible, mature kids, teens, and adults. It somewhat balances out. But, as my community - PTG - and I discussed at a point, interviews would be a good way to review the potential mods/admins/etc. Also, Chip, your writing is atrocious. Just saying. :3

The basis for this would be:
1. Prevent uneccacary uprisings during adminship. To break it down. A ten year old admin punishes a twenty year old gamer, the older gamer, will not take lightly to a ten year old telling him to follow the rules. Having a age limit for adminship is to help reduce old fags from hating on young fags

2. Maturity. Yes age is not extremly accurate to mesure maturirty but it is more accurate than just guessing if a ten year old is more mature than a sixteen year old.

3. Respect. The younger you are (its more likely) your less respectable and you dont useully respect other people. While if your older you should understand how to respect people.

There just some reason we are (THINKING) of enforcing a age limit.

i'd like to emphasis the THINKING portion of that statement because we have yet to decide and there are certain people who show that an age limit is not exactly necessary.
Now i will say there will be some changes to the admin lists...we will be deleting everyone and re-setting ranks as we believe you deserve. however, if you are one who has posted an admin application that was approved you have nothing to worry about.

I guess you do bring up some good facts. Older gamers tend to hate on younger ones. Especially if they're an admin. I guess it just depends on the person. For example, if Genshien were to tell me to "Shut the fuck up". I would. But, that's just me, and he's fucking awesome. Well, all you guys are.
