How do i get someone banned

ive played on your server for a while and when i got on today one of asdnations admins on the server was deleting my props on gmod and when i tried to tell him to stop he said he will ban me for disrespecting him and the rules. he said i was annoying him for hitting his elevator with my uncontrollable bathtub. the elevator was undamaged and i tried to run away when he came at me setting me on fire and deleting my props.so i came and signed up just to get hi banned. his name on steam is (asdN)Skrillex

This is the real story(Witneses Azadiri) : He gets his bathtub and start jabbing into my elevator and it starts to twitch a little, so I tell him to stop. He does it again,and the elevator spazzes, so i remove his bathtub and I also never said I was gunna ban him.. that liar.... Plus this guys a little kid and he is new to gmod..... :P

i wasnt very clear on my explanation. i was inside of his elevator but when he told me to get out i left. i came back and accidentally hit the elevator with thcame backe bathtub. he wacked me away several times with something that said error and i came back.he deleted my vehicle and i got angry. we got into a debate on what i did and that was the wrong action to take. he took my debating as an act of disrespect and continually told me to check the rules. Technically anything a person can do could be considered annoying and deleting my vehicle was not the right action. He never told me that he would do something of that severity for doing something so menial as sitting next to him watching as he builds. I am relatively new to gmod and was attempting to learn a thing or two. What i learn is that the admin power should be given sparinly and not to people who would abuse kind of vauge rules to delete my hard work.

I never pushed you. And the error is part of the elevator, you dont have wire mod..

Look, I was never here but I know that Burnt is new to gmod and said this with his own words, "I'm going to apply for admin and delete your stuff and ban you.( I tidied it to make it readable. ) I disagree about Epic being banned because this guy doesn't know the rules very well and is new to gmod.
