I was thinking. The build server really isnt getting lot of people. Well at least when im around says wolf.... 
I was think that instead of haveing sandbox on all the time. We have the DarkRP gamemode 24/7.
It gives the player both the option of building or roleplaying with have to restart server...
Maybe someone could make a builder job with god mode. To prevent getting killed while building...
Make vechicles (Not including seats) for respected. To prevent RDM...
Change the map to a large map that you can both build and roleplay on.
Ban extremely large props that could be spamed to crash server...
(Dont over do it with banning stuff like fences and lab walls... Some people dont have phx)
This isnt required but maybe someone on our developement team could script a non prop kill thingy ma gigger.
I know this would mean alot of changes but. It would attract both roleplayers and builders.
I used to know a server that was very successful with the same ideas above.
Oddly the server no longer exists. Maybe he couldnt afford to pay for it anymore or something idk.
